After AUAP・・・

After AUAP, I've slept until noon.
I want to get the driver lisence and a part time job.

Today I called a part time job. I'll go to the shop tomorrow. I'm a little nervous(ToT)。。。

I'm afraid of my English skill is decreasing.

I am in Japan now, not America.
So I have to study hard!!!

Don't give up SAORI!!!!! がんばれ Saori!!!

Hi, I'm Yoshi. I'm a graduate of the same university as yours, and I went the U.S. for AUAP, too. I work for a manufacturer now.
(Although I'm also a Japanese, but I think I'm supposed to use English here. So I use English. )

Well, I'm happy that it seems you had a very good time during AUAP! This blog made me remember my AUAP experience. I also went to EWU, then. I just remembered great teachers, Campus Friends Program, and Spokane, amazing view from the top floor of Streeter hall in early morning, cafeteria where you can play the piano... I think your experience in AUAP is going to be one of the best memory in your life, so I recommend to keep in touch with your AUAP friends (including Japanese friends, IPAs, Campus friends etc.)after your gracuation.
When you get down for work, for example, and if you look at the picture taken in AUAP or call your AUAP friends, it will cheer you up, I think.

I'm sorry if it makes you feel uncomfortable to receive this message from a total stranger(me). But I hope your school life in AU is awesome(You know this slang? I learned the slang in AUAP! It means "very good"! I guess you know, though.), and your English is going to be even better!(Your English is comprehensible!!)

Hi, sorry for my late response. When I sent the last message above, I just wanted to send you a message, and I didn't assume you would reply to my message. So I didn't come to this blog for a long time to see the message back to me. Any way, I just saw your message, so let me reply to you now.

Well, my best memory...it's hard for me to choose one "best memory" because every single day in AUAP was actually like a dream. So I just can say not-so-special days during AUAP were special days to me.

But if I talk about "one of the best memories", I would choose "playing the piano in cafeteria at night." I often went to a cafeteria at night. There was a piano. And I like playing the piano, so I practiced to play the piano there with my friends, or sometimes by myself. There were no or little other people, so it was very quiet place. And there was almost only sound of piano when I played the piano. It made me feel being in sacred moment. Sometimes passing stranger stopped to sit on a chair near the piano, and to listen to music I played, and she praised me after my finishing playing. I thought it's difficult to get chances to be in a situation like that in Japan. So it was also a precious time to me.

AUAP was actually life-changing experience. I'm glad you also seems to have had a good time during AUAP!!
